Place of Purchase USA hence no Invoice.

Typically Apple honours warranty Internationally hence I have mentioned International Warranty specifically

You better mention that warranty is not applicable in India. That would clear doubts of all.

I would love to do that @avi but since I have seen many people did mentioned phones and ipads bought from america and mentioned international warranty i mean id somebody enlighten the actual deal here with international warranty ? Would greatly appreciate

iPads carry warranty in India, but not iPhones.

The iPhone you are selling does have International warranty, but it won't be serviced in India.

maybe you mistook my politeness and missed the point here. apart from the summer heat, i am quite chilled ;)
iphones have warranty in the country of purchase only. so NO International Warranty on Iphones!
so, No Warranty in India or anywhere else, apart from the USA.

the US has locked phones primarily since they are sold through carriers, however 4th quarter of 2011 onwards, it is possible to buy FU phones in the US.
A copy of invoice would have cleared all doubts around the Iphone being factory unlocked ( based on pricing of the phone)

in the end, the idea is to be transparent, clear and aware of the product you are selling. that makes things easier for prospective buyers on the forum.
just my two cents, and good luck for the sale. the pricing is very decent.

I am interested in the product, I have a FU iphone 4s bought from India, but needed to upgrade to 64gb and was looking for a phone.
but I guess I'll watch and wait ...

i have reviewed the screenshots - they do not help.
if you really want to clarify doubts,plugin the iphone and post itunes screenshots. restore the iphone and post screenshots, itunes will show its factory unlocked.

in this photo , remove the paper from the top of the box, and place it below the box, so that we can see the screen of the iphone properly.

regarding your iphone, it is an AT&T model. so its not factory unlocked.
have a look : and check with your screenshot which shows model number : MD270LL : ALL ARE AT&T phones

you can buy them contract free - and then AT&T UNLOCK for you - technically its not factory unlocked.
I repeat, a picture of the invoice ( which you don't have ) would have cleared the issue.

I could post more and mention model numbers by carrier in the US to remove your confusion and shed some light for everyone ...

Yes it does show its factory unlocked what does that imply with regards to warranty ? Also shall post the scrrenshots once in home its there on my pc

thats good news, post the screenshot from itunes, also post some screenshots with a sim from a different provider - that should help convincing its an UNLOCKED Iphone.

the warranty doesn't change, its still covered only in the US under US warranty policy ( North America is covered ). Unfortunately there will be no coverage for hardware issues in India.

Although till then the carrier Vodafone is mentioned in one of the screenshots posted above for reference. So basically non hardware issues will be entertained by Apple India? Since you mentioned no hw support india? Please advise ;-£
 
saifbukhari-Slight OT,but how did you manage to FU your iPhone 4S. I thought AT&T only unlocked iPhone 4 ,that too only out of contract phones.
