Indeed its your phone and its your discretion : U dont want to go ahead with deal its ok,dont make false excuses that the Phone went dead.
First it was dented and now its not turning on ????

i would have sold it to you without informing you and then once you would have recd it you would have feel cheated.
If i would had received the phone in a dead manner,would had send the phone back to you as i never paid for a dead Phone.

My point here is not arguing,just making thing clear..

Secondly when i asked u i will pay u the payment in two parts,half first when u ship the phone the later Half when i receive the Phone
Eventually your answer was I WILL NOT RUN AWAY TAKING YOUR MONEY.
THE REASON FOR PART PAYMENT WAS AS U HAVE LOW SELLING SCORE FOR HIGH VALUE PRODUCTS ON YOUR FEEDBACK CORNER.
