iphone at heera panna market mumbai

hello fellow members
i cant find good deals for iphone
i haven't ever purchased anything from the grey market before
so members in mumbai please tell me about heera paana
about the authenticity of the products
will i get good deals over there
will the phones be original and box packed ????
please if someone knows the current rates for iphone 3g and 3gs please let me know

i will be visiting mumbai very soon

you do get good deals at some shops don't remember names and numbers of the shops --i picked up a 6.1 mp canon a540 about 3-4 years back for about 9.5 grand and tht is still working.however many of my friends who've bought mobile phones from there have had to throw them away bcoz they stopped working---its a grey market so you get the latest stuff but most of it is frankly unreliable or fake........you do get genuine stuff but you need to have a keen eye or know what you want inside out technically.

a better choice would be to go Alpha @ vile parle.

and sometimes heera panna over charges you a lot and better deals could be had elsewhere.
 
iphone 3gs rated around 33-34k
well i checked at a shop in heera panna, he said piece is frm london.
it was jailbroken + unlocked ....

m planning to buy an iphone 3gs ..
if u get better rates plz tell me 2...
 
from my past experience, Heera Panna massively overcharges esp. for mobiles.
Seven years ago i got Nokia 6630 with B/W from a shop for 600/- less than the Heera Panna, that to w/o Bill. Seller did say it's covered under warranty, but I knew no bill, no warranty.

I think you might find a better deal at Alfa, for grey matters ( ;))
 
go to alfa it is located at irla in mumbai u will get best product as well as best price n will get iphone also
 
I have also had cost parity experiences at Heera-Panna, especially with cell-phones. I would also suggest Alpha at Irla, Andheri like other members.

Haven't been there off-lately, so no idea about current 3G and 3GS costs though, sorry. :)

For with bill and without bill but genuine products I would suggest ALFA is the best shop. reach andheri or vile parle station and ask any rickshaw driver and they would drop u there

iphone 3g 16gb- 32500 open box

iphone 3gs 16bg- 38000 open box.

what do you guys think of the prices?

i thought the prices were high. so i quite and decided to find my iphone somewhere else.

still searching for a good deal now.
 
@paddydevil: Those are quite high prices for Open Box phones.... Although I had bought iPhone 3G (16gb) long ago, I got box-packed factory unlocked piece for 32500. One would expect iPhone 3G prices to have gone slightly down recently, even more for Open-Box phones.

Open boxes, yes maybe. But in general, iPhone prices don't go down like other phones ! Maybe once 3gs is officially introduced here, 3g will drop a bit !
