Just don't get the latest firmware and baseband since it is unlock able...

Local Market Price varies from Rs32000-Rs39000...!! for mint to box packed condition

@esmartadityaa no offense but did you even try and use the search option on TE? I have no idea how many times this question has been asked already.

Anyways, 32000 price is usually for a software unlocked and open box/no box iphone 4 16GB, 32GB is around 35500.

The factory unlocked 16GB ones cost around 37500, see RamPagE's IC in market section. The 32GB factory unlocked ones are up for sale very rarely as dealers don't get enough profit out of them. They cost upwards of 40000.
