there are usually 2 kinds of services. one is the cheaper one which supports mainly wap sites. the other one is a full fledged internet service. if this 1500 per annum plan does exist, im pretty sure its for the wap service.

the wap service does not work on the iphone, so unless the dealer is a total moron, the 1500 service should be the regular gprs service

if you are getting u/l gprs for a year for 1500, just grab it.

I end up paying approx 350 a w month for u/l gprs on an airtel prepaid (75 a week)
