Did you check Quikr Certified Bazzar for Mobile?
I have purchased quite a few smartphones from there and they were all in great working condition.

It might not suit you, but I have a Note3 N9005 (SD800) with all the accessories untouched (in the box) and the phone itself in great condition.
 
I have an iPhone SE (Rose Gold) 32 GB Indian model (approx. 1.5 years old) with box, bill, etc. It's running on most stable iOS 10.3.3 as I've made a good decision not to update it to iOS 12. Battery life is stellar. Let me know if u r interested for 12k.
