To be frank, the only thing I really miss in my iPhone is a better camera, and bluetooth file transfer. The rest, such as group-smsing etc. can all be done after 3rd party application support. Which is only going to grow larger, and more varied.
An underperforming camera and handicapped Bluetooth though are hardware-based issues, which no amount of 3rd-party apps can do anything about
