Hey guys, my ipod comes to a stand-still position at times and reverts back to normal by itself. While in the stand-still position the digiclock is working but no response in the screen if i rotate\press the wheel. Can anyone help me to overcome this?

check the warranty on apple's site. select country as India and enter the serial no. mentioned behind the Ipod. https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do

If it's in warranty , take it to Apple Care and if the Ipod is defective they will replace it free of cost.No Questions asked.(wont even need the bill)

^ what encryption ? you mean to say a newer model ? They will replace it with the exact same model ,even if a newer model has launched. They usually have refurbished pieces (as good as new)
