Ipod gone for a TOSS

Well my 30gb video Ipod has gone for a Toss now.. By mistake :ashamed: i kept the Ipod under a water bottle in my car .. Not the Water leaked and went into the Click Wheel of the Ipod .. The HDD of the Ipod is ok and it even switches on and Off but i cant navigate and all since the Wheel is gone ..
Any suggestions as to what can be done?

You should have not turned it on and let it dry first.. Might have caused some short if there was already water present. Open up the Ipod if you can and dry it with a hair dryer and try again.
