Ipod needs to be serviced

Where in India can I get my ipod seviced-I live in Kalimpong,West Bengal so plz tell me bout the nearest service center
It is not working and showng a folder icon with an exclamation mark
I went to ipod site and tried everything they suggested but its still stuck
I have a 30gb photo ipod
any help appreciated
