This is a good price, IMO.

BTW, Apple discontinued the 16 GB model and it comes only in 8, 32 and 64 GB models currently.

You can get it from ebay at 8k for 2g 8gb and 9k for 3g 8gb using coupons.

No difference b/w 2g and 3g 8gb except OS update.
