Is amazon customer service good for returns?errors ?

seeing a product on the site and the description for the price seems like a really great deal. however im worried that product may not be same when delivered and it might be error on part of seller. if it does not match desciption /image will i get refund or will my money go waste. ?? the product is a health supplement.

130 softgels as stated in title for that price is pretty good. what should i do?
 
Since its not a Amazon Fulfilled product, Returns will be a head, If the product is not as described.
The only thing you can do is check for last 30 day feedback of the seller, if they seem convincing buy from them or else avoid.
 
I have returned items to sellers and they are never happy. I guess Amazon forces them to accept returns, so you should be able to send it back.

If you have a clear idea of what you want, why not shoot the seller a mail. He might even share his phone number if you ask.

EDIT:
Just checked the item on Amazon.com and it shows unavailable. Make sure you ask about expiry date.

Ordered car seat but was defective . They picked it up the next day and issued a refund . Ordered in lightning deal 8 aa energiser batteries but seller sent only 4 . Complained via online chat , refund issued immediately and was asked not to return the 4 batrries I got too . Good service and hassle free returns , but in all my time I dealt with Flipkart no returns were needed . Finally ordered car seat from Flipkart , no defects and 400 rs cheaper . BTW all my amazon orders were amazon fulfilled and Flipkart from WS retail only .

I had the exact same problem too. They issued 50% refund. I guess you bough the 2 x 4 Value Pack for 99Rs, and got 50Rs refund .

Amazon has messed up my order 2 times in the past 1 month. Also, I buy only "Amazon Fulfilled"
