The PSP is a pretty good option barring the lack of a touchscreen and radio.
It has a large bright screen, great for watching videos! + gaming. Versatility of the new PSP 3000 series has increased a lot now that they support custom firmware allowing you to play downloaded ISOs of games and load other applications.
Audio playback is quite good with decent headphones.
I mainly use my PSP for Games > Videos / TV Shows > Photo viewing > Comics > Music
