guys it seems BSNL is throttling torrent speed as sson as i start a torrent in utorrent in few minutes my spped from 2mbps comes to 0.5mbps and does not increase beyond that and as soon as i stop the torrent it increases back.
Any idea how to get pass this torrent throttling?
