yep, just ask them to package the items well. i had met someone back in November 2024 who managed to get a good discount from them but it was in offline way, i am thinking of going there with him.

also all the shops you see on pcpricetracker[dot]in lie in legit category, just in case.
and its good to ask/confirm online. you did right.

Saw a motherboard which is availabile with Computech in Mumbai, So wanted to know if its a safe and legit site to order from. If anyone has any feedback for the same. As i was planning to order a motherbord asus-pro-h610m-c-csm/ from them. Primarily looking for a DDR 5 budget board under H610m series

Have already ordered a Intel 12400f and Gskill Ripjaw S5 DDR5 Ram .looking now.for motherboard and graphic card next

I recently bought a psu and cpu cooler online which came intact. Have ordered cpu, ram, ssd after that. Will update here when i receive them.
 
Computech is as legit as Prime, MD, Vedant, etc. Service/delivery will be a roll of the dice for either, depending on your luck. People rave about Prime, for example, but I've heard just as many horror stories.

I have personally ordered online/received from over the last year:

  1. Logitech Z623 - Computech (smooth and fast, great packaging)
  2. Deepcool 750W PSU - Prime (smooth and fast)
  3. Gigabyte X870 Elite - MD (smooth and fast)
 
I've always had good experience with MD, Prime, Vedant, Starcomp, Elitehubs. Haven't dealt with Computech.

I ordered a pc case from them, Thermaltake Tower 300, but they sent me the Ceres 300 case instead. Had to then contact them on whatsapp and send them pics of what I received. Then it took them a few days to get the right case from thermaltake and one of their shop workers delivered it personally and took back the wrong one.
Overall replies were quick and was resolved in few days.
 
I've dealt with them once so far. I wanted to purchase a product which wasn't available online at the time. I contacted them over on WhatsApp and inquired if they had any stock. They managed to arrange the product for me. It was well packaged and the shipping was quick. The responses on WhatsApp however, they were delayed mostly.
 
I bought PSU, Motherboard and Case from Computech last year in October because they were selling those parts for way cheaper. The motherboard box was a little smushed from the top, but besides that everything else was packed fine.

They accidentally sent me 2 cases though, which I still need to send back
 
It may be reliable but what irks are those fake alerts and sales figs.

And this Hitendra is buying every product on their website like he is starting to build his own data center at home!

This is how such site makes every fool a fool!
Some pages even shows only 1 item left in stock and yet Hitendra, Aditi, Sheetal and Metal are cloning that one single stock and buying in multiples!
