e2z store is what was previously known as prepaidgamercard(known scammers) and I saw a youtube video that showed gamesbaba store. their store is legit but were selling ps5s with "combo offers". even a comment said seller se zyada scalper lagraha hai.

I ordered a PS5 controller from e2z store and the estimated delivery date was exactly a month from the ordered date.
I decided to cancel the order and asked for refund.
It's been more than a month and every single day on asking them for refund and they're literally stalling me.
The person excuses that the payment portal I used "Paytm PG" is down for them at the moment and they'll initiate once it is back.
After hunting for a while, he sent me an edited screenshot which seems fake, cause I've not received the amount in my bank account, the person has stopped responding and is not provided more details like the transaction ID which I can use to dig more about with the bank.
I'm so frustrated with the service and I'm totally convinced that it is a scam.
Please guys DO NOT order from this platform, it's risky and fake.
I'm launching online FIR against them, but I don't think it'll be helpful.
