is galaxy s advance worth for 18.5k ?

i am planing to upgrade my phone (galaxy Y) and galaxy s advance is available for 18.5 k is it worth going for s advance for that price.

Specs wise its a pretty good buy for that price but the phone seems to suffer from n/w issues.

Yeah, in that budget Galaxy S Advance and Moto Atrix 2 seem to be the few phones which have most of the features. Rest of the phones omit either a front cam/ memory card slot/ dual core processor/ ram / screen size etc

P.s I would rather get a used Galaxy S2.

If you are not into rooting and flashing rom buy advance,it will worth it...design wise it look better than s2,mix of galaxy nexus and s2..touchwiz fluid for everyday use...
