90K+ Is I7 6700HQ with GTX960M better or I5 6300HQ with 965M?

I am looking to buy a new laptop. And in my budget and according to the availability where I stay, I have narrowed down upon these two Alienware 15 R2 with Core i5 6300HQ with GTX 965M or MSI Apache Pro GE62 6QD with core i7 6700HQ with GTX 960M. I will be using the laptop for CAD and rendering software along with some occasional gaming.

MSI Apache Pro GE62 6QD with core i7 6700HQ with GTX 960M.
The i7 6700HQ also comes with hyper-threading whereas the i5 6300HQ does not. You can also look at other laptop models with the similar specs if you don't like MSI.

Since you use for CAD - more CPU grunt would be needed - hence i7 with HT.
