Graphic Cards Is Inno3D reliable? Who handles the service and RMA, and are they trustworthy?

Just a few weeks back saw a guy at inno3d service centre arguing because he got a refurbished 4070 as replacement instead of a new piece.
It is always refurbished first and new only if refurbished not available.....they and other always give repaired or new depending upon availability and it is in their rma policies also.
You mean asus & zotac cards also follow this?
Everyone follows this and is not new

Yes some do, and someone did got a 4090 for 3090 here itself and sold it....have seen some more also like that.....but it usually happens for higher end cards or if card is like too old but still in extended warranty otherwise no
