I am in need of an android mobile and a data card. Is it possible I can use my mobile phone as Modem? how to do? Will there be any difference in speed? will there be any difference in pricing by the data provider?

As long as you have the necessary plan for internet, you would not be charged differently.

However, a data card would be better versus a phone but with less functionality.
