Is it possible to overclock ATOM proccy?

Guys, I have a sony netbook with ATOM proccy, this came with windows 7 starter edition , but its response is really slow, so i installed windows xp in this thinking that it will be more "light" compared to windows 7... but still this thing is same.... response is really poor... its like working in a virus attacked machine.... can over cloaking the proccy helps this machine to be a faster machine? pls help...

i don't think there will be any kind of OC option in that BIOS

I don't think its possible, you can't overclock just any processor(its locked or will damage ).

But i think a professional can help u get better performance.
