Hello...

My wifi reception is poor , so i wanted to boot it by installing a parabolic antenna ( 24dbi tp-link ). But im worried about radiation.

Is it safe to use it at home, it will be like 5 feet off my head , and ill be near it for at least 15hrs a day.

thank you for your inputs.

:)

Why not buy a TP-LINK range extender?

This would help how ?

You do understand this is a wimax thing im talking about right ?

The weird thing is that a tplink 24dbi parbolic costs around 2.8~ K and a 14 dbi Tplink directional antenna costs 3.3~K

so im confused :(

Well the Parabolic will occupy more space than he directional antenna, so its priced less from point of view of space "intrusion"...I am guessing the direction antenna is a "bar type"...correct me if I am wrong here.
