well both are nice buddy now what to say mostly for all price is important and as far as performance is concern no diff in both but asus looks awesome due to shining black
And the Acer has a smaller screen at 8.9 I think. What I prefer in the MSI compared to the Asus is how the screen fits into the frame, its more compact. The Asus also has the slight height and gaps where the screen joins the frame. But these are my petty personal quibbles.
