Graphic Cards Is my card gone bad

i have a leadtek 6600 gt. the problem is i am getting 3 beep sound when i start the computer. When i use a normal pci card it is working fine.
What could be the problem is it mb or the card?
MB is A8NE rev2 :sos:
 
Check that the card is seated properly in the slot. 3 beeps indicate a problem with the VGA card. It happens when a graphics card could not be found. Either the graphics card is a bit loose and contact is not proper or the card is completely dead.
