Today i cleaned whole my system, removed the heatsink cleaned and reinstalled it..

I forgot to check the idle temp before CPU cleaning. But After cleaning the ideal temp sets for 3-4% CPU usage >> 47-48 C

and on CPU load 80-85% the temp is >> 68-72 C

is it ok, or i had done something wrong :(... i am using Core i5 2.5 GHZ CPU with stock cooler fan

@Being.smart What is your system configuration [list all components in DETAIL] , what are the ambient temperatures in Bhilai?
How did you clean your system, did you remove the old thermal paster OR not?
What is the airflow set-up inside your cabinet? How many fans and in what orientation?
How did you apply the fresh TIM?

System config > Intel Core i5 750, Motherboard >MSI P55 CD53, RAM> 4GB DDR3 1800 Mhz, GPU> Raedon HD 5850, HDD> 1.5 TB WD, Corsair TX750 PSU

I removed the heatsink, removed dust and placed it again, i didnt applied new thermal paste. Inside the cabinet i had put just one fan, and it blows air inside..

Temp bhilai now >> 35C, i had cleaned this pc first time after 2 yr :)

There lies your mistake. I am assuming since you just cleaned the 'dust', you did not do anything to the old TIM stuck on the processor and the heatsink base. Now that old TIM instead of aiding heat-transfer thanks to uneven contact is acting as an insulator instead of a conductor.

Which make is your cabinet?

The only think I can recommend is switching off your PC and following these guides--> Guide - How TIM Works & How To Apply It Correctly | bit-tech.net / 80-way Thermal Interface Material Performance Test | Thermal Interface Material,Thermal Paste,Heatsink Compound,80-Way Thermal Interface Material Best Thermal Paste Heatsink Compound Cooling Performance Comparison Benchmark Tests to reapply TIM properly after clearing of the residue of the older paste.

Hope this helps, Cheerio!!

mean i need to buy new thermal paste and apply ?, i think i have to buy it online :(..

Nothing such thing is available @ bhilai :(:(
