Windows Is my PC configuration enough for Stable Diffusion ?

i want to try my hands on Stable Diffusion , i just want to know is my PC configuration enough ?

i7 4790s
16 GB ram
1660 gfx
550w bronze+ PSU
256gb SSD+ 1 TB +2 TB HDD.

Also i would love to know such more AI that i can run from my PC , which will make money for me.
 
A geforce RTX gpu (vram especially really matters here) is what is recommended for stable diffusion, everything else looks good enough.
If you want to try on that GPU sure go ahead but you might run into problems
