It doesnt make sense for a EV to require PUC, but my friends ola s1 shows PUC expired few days ago in mparivahan app.
Going to a PUC smoke testing centre with a EV will only make the PUC operator go laughing.
It doesn't matter what it says though. At the end it depends on your skills in convincing the guy who is eager to collect "fines" for missing documents.
