I just got this email from them after I sent my Hard drive in for RMA. The phone numbers mentioned in the email don't even exist. Can someone decipher this coded message for a layman:
As you can see the "Serial No Expected Not Received: 5LR1LM8H" and the "Serial No Received: 5LR1LM8H" are the same. And I don't understand much from the language used in the email but it seems like they're sending it back to me unrepaired because the serial number is not the one they expected. But it clearly is.
Can anyone help me understand this and what should I do regarding it? Also, the correct numbers for Chennai Seagate RMA center beause the ones mentioned here don't work.
