Is Sifymall.com reliable/safe?

Hi,

I was thinking of ordering a few things on sifymall.com. Just wanted to check whether buying things on sifymall.com is safer/reliable. And the warranty that they give is it genuine.

If something goes wrong with the product within the warranty period, then how do they correct it. do they replace it or we can take it to any authorized centre for repairing???

lots of ppl here have bought a digicam from sifymall and very happy with it...

atleast for digicams, you get 1 year warranty and have to send it back to chennai for repairs

^^This is what makes me STOP buying from any online stores.

From last some time I keep watch on Air Conditioner prices online and found that Sify is highly unreliable to Quote the price. For particular model it gives price Rs.14000/- when I click to buy it, it takes me to product page where the price is 16600/- :@
