Is sunbeamtech dead/closed?

If you can recall good old modding days sunbeamtech was the big name.

Just came to mind and I started to google and found sunbeamtech.com is no more and theres some other site on same name but selling some kitcheware stuff.

Wonder if original sunbeamtech existed the biz or what happened... curious!!!
