And honestly, I don't fell any need of knowing pen drive's last format date. Whats the use?

I don't think that it is possible. Never heard of it...

Maybe sum of our tech enthusiasts here at TE may develop any such techstuff to enable us to know the last format date of the flashdrive.....

Well I need it to find out about a pendrive which got stolen and has now resurfaced
