Is there any Paypal funding source other than credit card or entropay???

Hi
I am willing to purchase something from ebay.com and DX.I was using Entropay till date but it charges a fees of 4.95%and the worst thing is I dont have a Credit card yet.
So is there any way to have Paypal funding source??
I have heard that,HDFC Netsafe, Kotak mahindra Net card allows to add them as Funding source in paypal..Has anyone tried it/??:scared14:
Please guide..

2. Indian Bank Master Card Debit Card
3. ICICI Visa Debit Card

All these work on PayPal!

Ok thanks..In case of hdfc vcc,how will get refunds??Will it go to my primary credit card??
