Is there any "private" counter srike : source indian server?

just wanna know if there are any "private" counter srike : source indian servers or not as every other pl,ace i go i am kicked for HIGH ping, for which, sadly i can not do anything,

There are no cracked/non-steam/private CSS servers hosted in India.

no problem but one more thing, is there any other server that wont kick me, there is one in pakistan and thats quite ncie, but they sometimes dont change maps even for more than 2 hours.
