Heyy guys,
Its a bit long but i kept it detailed.
Actually what happened is my lappy became slow and was freezing frequently. so i ran a hdd tune test and it showed some bad sectors and i gave it for RMA.
After going to service center guys over there tested it with a new hdd and it was rebooting continously.
They said that motherboard seems to be causing this problem and it needs to be replaced. I also reported that my battery lasts only 45 minutes after complete recharge.
Three days back I called them to verify the status and they said motherboard was replaced and now they are replacing hdd too.
And he said battery is working fine now as earlier it was not working properly due to motherboard problem.
I just want to find out how much true that motherboard and battery performance relation is ?
