i am trying hard to run this board @ 1T but after 225mhz there is no way it can be stable with 1T ....

someone help me with this :(

currently i am on 238Mhz with 2.5-4-4-8 timings

even 230mhz @ 2.5-3-3-6 timings it won't do 1T

i even tried 230mhz @ 2.5-4-4-8 upto 3 volts

it will fail in prime in 1 sec ......

Thanks

try to set timings @ 3-3-3-8 and try at 1T.

Also reduce the HTT Multiplier to 3 so u will not have to worry till 300+ HTT speeds.

my HTT speed is always x3

and cas 3 doesn't work with this ram :(

i don't know y but setting the cas to 3 will stop booting the machine ..... i have seen many people experiencing this problem with mtec chips ....

^^ maybe :(

anyways there are many other timings options in bios ..... do u have any idea about changing them .....

^ In that case, use a64tweaker and either post the screenshot of your ram at 236@1T. if you post the screenie members can tell if something is way off.

or just compare the screenies of your a64tweaker at 236@1T and 225@1T. you might nail down the problem

thanks dip ...

here is the screenshot ..... someone please tell me if there is something wrong with the timings

Rahul, the refresh rate seems off... should be 200-3.9 or 200-7.8.. heh but then I can be wrong too as this is all memory dependant. You will have to fiddle around with values a lot and this means PC "may" freezz while u r adjusting :), so be ready.

@ Harshal he is using a memory divider 166:200. The settings look fine to me.

@ Rahul post the screenie of the unstable system - what you have posted is stable o/c of 238@2T, post screenie of > 225@1T and keep the memory timings at 2.5,3,3,7.

Also are you sure 3,3,3,8 at even 200@1T does not boot ?

And what are the SPD values of your ram ?
