Most likely your PC is also infected.Use a decent program like Avast,Bitdefender or Malwarebytes anti malware to scan your PC while your pen drive is plugged in.This will remove it from PC and from pen drive too.

i would suggest u to use the trail version of Kaspersky Internet Security and then remove the virus...much better than the other AVs....

Yes that is nasty virus, use updated avast av to clean.
