Budget 21-30k Is this config good ?

hi ,

my friend came up with this config.Would like to know if there is any better alternative at the same budget..

Will be primarily used for watching movies,light gaming,browsing etc




AMD A6 3500 Llano 2.1GHz Socket FM1 65W -Rs.4500

Gigabyte A55M-DS2 Motherboard from flipkart- Rs.3100

CORSAIR VS450 450W Builder Series Power Supply- from itwares Rs.2200

CORSAIR 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 -from itwares- Rs.1350

WD Caviar Blue 500 GB HDD from flipklart -Rs.4000



Total-Rs15150

Also can he get a full HD monitor plus basic keyboard ,mouse,cabby for 10K?
