Is this Emporio Armani watch deal genuine?

I bought one Armani watch from ebay in December, 2011. I already had one original Armani watch to compare.

I received the watch and kept it in the box. After a couple of days, I opened the box and the found the glass cracked from one corner. It happened when it was in the box and there were no scratch marks from outside. I have owned many watches but it never happened before.

I contacted the seller who was in Delhi (Dwarka), who reluctantly agreed to get "something" done. I personally gave it to him one day and after 8-10 days he gave a replacement.

I am still using it but I am quite sure that this is not original but a very good replica. Almost all good/premium watches come with sapphire crystal glass and these replicas don't have it. That's another thing that I bought one Tag Heuer replica from KL in 2005 which has sapphire crystal glass and still going strong. :p
