I need 1 hard disk now, very urgent, my friend's friend sell his 80gb hard disk for 1100, Is the price is Ok on now, or any alternative suggestions.

Nope, its overpriced. Waaaaaaay overpriced. Would suggest that you get a new 160GB @ 2.5K, as this will have ~2 yrs or more warranty also.
