Is this plan ok or should i move to a new plan ?

hey guyz i am from mumbai [kandivali west area]

i have been using hathway unlimited plan since 6 mnths

i am paying 425rs/month for a 256kbps connection and average download speed i get is between 25-30

now the question is should i continue this plan or move to a new ISP and get a new plan

my budget is strictly less than 450

help me

LOL. i mean downloads as in direct downloads or only torrents. if only direct downloads then even a GSM connection to your PC will do fine. i use reliance GSM to connect to my PC for direct downloads.

else i think MTNL still has a Rs.495 plan with speed of three hundred odd kbps. you could look into that.
 
Yeah you could use that or use the BSNL 500 something per month plan which has high speeds (2mbps) and has a download limit of 2.5GB and has free downloading from night 2-AM to morning 8-AM.

afaik bsnl is not available in mumbai right ?

i use only torrents but sometimes, u can say rarely i use direct downloads
 
then i think you can go with MTNL 384kbps plan for 495 or reliance 300kbps plan for 500 bucks. i think relaince has a DC++ available so it will be beneficial.
they(reliance) have two ways of providing broadband ( 1)landline +broadband and 2)wired Broadband). the wired broadband has DC++ with it.
