Graphic Cards Is this Sapphire X800GTO 2 the real deal?? Please help.

Yep thats the card. He told me in PM that he is getting stuff from US.

Thats the best bang for buck card at the moment. And all sapphire GTO2 are modding into X850XT.

Needs the bios flash with modified bios and flasher though. But still $209 for that card is totally worth it.
 
@nikhil, thanks for asking this here. I already told my friend to go ahead and order. He's coming back in nov. Hmmmm, oct will be a loonnnggg month.

Serioualy. If he is comming in november then just wait. X800 series prices will crash after that soon.
 
Yup i kinda agree that the prices might crash later on but the GTO2 is limited in supply i guess, so make hay while the sun is shining.

x800 prices might drop, but will I get a x850 for $209?? :ohyeah:

I told him to order now, rather than regret later if it goes out of stock or something.
 
^ Yep, I absolutely agree with Zhopu - these are meant to be "limited edition" cards, so you will not get it again once stocks run out. The normal X800 GTO's show no chances of being modded to X850XT. I'd say grab it :)

bundle, packaging and the warranty is also lesser than retail products.

Just thought I will confirm if this is the sane X800 GTO2.

And even I say that you did a good thing by telling him to buy it as soon as possible. Otherwise, if it goes out of stock, then you are stuck.... s
 
@zhopudey - bro close ur eyes and get it.
The GTO2 is a gr8 card and in limited in stock.

Its completely worth it , order it before someone else gets his hands on it.

I was also eyeing that card but my bad luck cant get it now and donno if
it will be available till december - jan.

Get the card mod it and reap the benefits.
Saw some online articles and after modding the card the perf increase is gr8.

And in case the cooling is not enough for the high speeds, you can always spend abt 3K or so on the ATI Silencer
