PC Peripherals Is Transcend Ram ready to collect

On accel Site when i check for transcend ram status. Replacement item status shows In-transit for Call based Transfer..What does it mean.. Is my ram ready to collect I had submitted my ram for RMA on 23 aug..
& had taken a long time for RMA

Call them, i got the sms 20 days after collecting my motherboard from them.

In transit means, the replacement is on the way to service centre

You will get some status msg - something like 'Ready to collect - replacemant ready'
