Is youtube working on BSNL EVDO connection?

Are you guys facing problems watching videos on youtube? Looks like BSNL has blocked youtube due to the court order.
Piratebay is also blocked.

When I tried opening these sites using my Vodafone 3G connection, it opened fine. But on EVDO, these do not open.

In my EVDO connection, youtube was not working from last 2days.
GoogleVideo is blocked. So when I try to download the video using IDM or KeepVid, I keep getting error.

Can you check and tell me if downloading works for you?

Youtube is working fine. I can download as well as stream it.
