Hi,

I am looking for a touch screen phone (LG Cookie) but can i make inteternational calls from a foreign country using that handset. I presume only quadra band phones support the international call facility.My intention is to buy a calling card and make the calls. Please advise.

To which country will you be traveling to ????
 
Yes you are right. Quadraband has the option. But I assume UAE being in India must have had the enabling feature. You can check out the specs of the phone & see if it supports.
