Market Feedback Issue with LG G2 bought from Utsav

I bought a LG G2 for my best friend from the Sale section from @utsav But when I received the phone in evening today, it wasn't any where near as described. The phone was described as Mint/New but this it what it came like when I opened the box. Also, it did not come with original accessories (came with a Pantech charger & some USB cable) nor manuals. Also, the partition between the phone & accessories is missing. It also has several scratches & dents and the display seems to have raised at few places. I've uploaded the picture of the same. I took more pictures but my phone for some reason wasn't focusing properly.

He has agreed to refund. I have given him my account details and I will return shipping it tomorrow. I will be paying for the return shipping via DTDC Plus. Hope it goes well.

I have no intention of defaming anybody. I've only posted this thread only because my friend's money is involved and I can't take any risks with that. Hope @utsav & the community understands.

The phone has been pacakaged. My friend (for whom I bought this phone) will be shipping it out tomorrow morning.

Well i have sold many phones in the past and have consistent 100% feedback, every time have provided evrything as described, people who have bought from me personally know very well what kind of person i am. what seems to me after having telephonic conversation with @tufel few minutes back that the item has got damaged/tampered in transit. i promptly agreed to refund him the money . he is satisfied with my commitment to refund. I am not trying to fraud anyone so would request the respected fellow members to keep their comments regarding my integrity away and we will solve this issue amicably.

Phone gets damaged in transit for sure but it original accessories never get change and nor scratches on phone body appear due to transit at all..

Logic dictates that refund should be done before the phone is returned.
This is not due to any trust issues or a question on the integrity of the seller but just what is logical. Seller only shipped after receiving payment. So there shouldn't be a problem in refunding the amount and then getting back the package.

Just came back after attending some very important work. Couldn't attend calls as cell phone usage was not allowed at the place. Partial refund received (50% of the deposited amount). Shipping it out ASAP! Will PM the tracking number as soon as it is done.[DOUBLEPOST=1411108712][/DOUBLEPOST]Just spoke to the seller and updated him with the same.

Package shipped with DTDC Plus INSURED (The guy at the desk wasn't accepting it without insurance). Had to shell out Rs.540 for it.

@tufel - As you have done the shipping already, I am expecting @utsav to honor the refund in full as soon as he recieves it.

@Others - Please refrain from posting unwarranted comments to avoid any discomfort to both the parties

I have got the full refund. The return shipping was paid by my friend. I have left a negative feedback for the seller, since it is clear that he tried to scam me. My friend & I had to go through extreme mental trauma through all this. I thank the moderators for their support through all this and advising through the ordeal.[DOUBLEPOST=1411382366][/DOUBLEPOST]I would request mods to take action against the seller. He just threatened me via PM.

With permission of mods, I want add ( mods can delete it if its unwanted, but since it pertains to the phone in question I think this should be here.).
@utsav I had told you earlier that the phone is refurb, you gave me some cock and bull story about purchasing brand new from eBay and customs officers opening and doing "experiments", at least now will you accept the fact that you tried to palm off an refurb as a new one ?

Well the phone is with me and had i tried to scam you i wouldnt have offered to refund at all. The phone clearly shows intentional damage done to it by the buyer for i dont know what reason. All my sales get me positive feedback and one of the very recent positive feedback is clearly evident of my commitment. @tufel consistently put pressure on me to return all the funds before delivery all this while because he was worried that i may not return his money when get to see the phone myself. And for all the members who want to take the buyers side are very well welcome to do so but let me make it very clear that just because i am the seller nobody has the right to point fingers at me and call me a scammer.Tufel is so afraid to talk to me that he has blocked my phone number as well. Well i am going to take action against him and i am already under discussion with a legal official regarding the same.

I blocked your number because I hate people talking B.S. & you do a lot of that. I don't have the time for time to waste talking to you. I got better things to do. Your comment shows that you're both a scammer & a liar. I damaged the phone?? You earlier claimed that it was damaged in-transit which is more lies because the packaging was excellent. Probably, one of the best I've seen. So I give you credit for that. I'm going to my nearest Cyber Cell to lodge a complaint against you for trying to scam & then threatening me. Please wait for their call.

You are very welcome to become a hero here. I know why u want to poke in with your 2 cents here. You were always worried whenever i used to put up a G2 sale thread just because you had that jealous factor that your sales of G2 were getting hampered here and poked in your nose every single time. I still know very well how u said to me one day that the members of this forum are stupid and what not where you feel like kicking them n breaking their nose.
