Is it Supported via Display port. Do you have nvidia gpu to test for Gsync.

Is your monitor's blur reduction mode on? The website (https://www.lg.com/in/monitors/lg-32GK650F-B) says it has 120Hz and 144Hz MBR. I'm not sure but could MBR be limiting the refresh rate?

No I am using HDMI cable.
Should I test with DP cable instead then?

If you are using an Nvidia gpu then you can check the specifics of your resolution in the control panel (idk how to do the same with amd gpus). From there, try changing the "bpc" or bits per channel along with your refresh rate and see if it works.

That monitor only supports 100Hz on HDMI, you should get DP cable.

HDMI 2.0 can handle 1440p 144hz (at least officially). Could be a cable quality issue in that case. https://k.kramerav.com/support/bwcalculator.asp

Please one good DP cable from either flipkart or amazon which ever is cheaper and at least 1.5meters in length.

Get this cable.

But don't go over 6 feet. Either get 3 feet or 6 feet cable.

You have hit the limit of HDMI. You will need Display Port. This monitort has a limited range over HDMI as FreeSync only works up to 100Hz.

Simple example, I have the G-SYNC LG850-B. It is 144 Hertz with Gync and Freesync but only on DP. HDMI, I get max 100 Hertz at 2K and same with Gsync too. Monitor has HDMI 2.0. With HDMI 2.1, across both GPU and Monitor, you get 120 Hertz @ 4k easily.

I am currently using 3070Ti over DP and getting 144 Hertz @ 2K.
