I am very angry with Tata Docomo Care Actually I recharged my mobile on 19th July for 2.5GB / month package. Today morning I was surprised to see deduction of 20rs for internet. I called up customer care and they are saying I have used whole 2.5GB in 9 days [that makes approx 280MB / day on 5kbps !!!]. I asked for details and she said, they can't give. Then later she put me on hold for 5 mins, then said their system is down blah blah and call me to after an hour.
When I did again, same old story. I said I wanna give complaint, he said that they WON'T take complaints regarding internet, whatever the problem may be. I was like WTF ! Then I asked for my usage details and he said, they can't give. I hung up :-/ Later after an hour I called again, this time, surprisingly, the rep took my complaint. When I asked for acknowledgement no / complaint no., he said I will receive by text & problem will be solved within an hour. After 3 hours when I tried to call back, I was surprised that they have blocked my no. When IVR says, your call be routed to CC, at that time my call gets disconnected ! Now I can't call to CC also !!
When I tried hour later and I was still unable to call :-/ I called them from my friend's mobile. They are not ready to give data usage details, not ready to take any complaint & not able to fix my CC-call problem. I don't want my money nor data back, usage details would have been enough [atleast I will come to know that some alien has hacked my iPhone & using it], but I am totally pissed by their CC rep who bluffed me about complaint & blocked my no. to CC
