PC Peripherals issue with windows installation on Vostro 1550

I just got this laptop with linux installed. When i started installing win 7 on it everything was fine n even it installed fine but on ist boot it restarted n and greeted me with Bsod just after windows logo screen. Installation was done by USB.

The Bsod says-

Your bios is not fully ACPI compliant.

Were you installing a legit copy or pitated copy?
