This seems to be locked. Is there an alternate thread?
Would help to have this thread to get an idea before pricing my items for sale.

Why not warn or ban him instead of locking the thread?

That thread is usually locked if a sale occurs in it, outside of the marketplace section. People do that because it's much easier. It usually goes like this:

Someone would ask: Hey, how much can I expect for XYZ? Someone else would end up messaging that person with a price and the deal is concluded.

I guess it's simpler to lock threads instead of moderating. Also, we all suggest pricing adjustment anyway in each sale thread.

It was sluggish for a few minutes earlier today. I practically live at my computer when I'm not asleep so these things happen once in a while.

looks the culprit was Airtel,, restarted got new IP and it seems fine now.
i have to find some mechanism to schedule reboot the airtel router :|
observed that 122.xxx IP series is troublesome for many site.

@renegade is the forum login credentials using the browser, by default, never saved? I keep getting asked for the code every time I try to log in. I think I posted about this once long ago. Still doesn't seem to be fixed.

There is nothing that prevents the default behavior of the browser for saving passwords, like some banking sites. So maybe you have selected "never" for saving passwords for TE.

When you enter the code, it has an option to select that you stay logged in for 30 days.
