Forum Feedback Issues that you face while browsing TE

I'm unable to leave market feedback. Tried both Chrome and the TE app.

In account preferences. I think another option is missing. The replies text field had simple and full text options and even that option is missing. Now only full text field shows (in browser) and you can see the floppy disk icon at right which saves text that you type every few seconds. That is the save and delete draft option and there was option of deleting all drafts previously. If you typed text in multiple sub forums and did not hit Post Reply because you changed your mind, you could go back to one of those posts and still see the saved draft. The option to delete all those old drafts is missing.
 
I'm not getting email for login code nor password reset email.

I had to login just now with a backup code.

My profile settings are okay same Hotmail email no change.

Got the emails eventually so looks like maybe email server backlog or something like that?

A lot of info regarding the site is hidden behind subsections and I'll be honest, the UI is not at all intuitive in finding that info in the first place, e.g. Class ranking requirements that's a sticky thread in this sub section where the title itself wont come up with a search because the keywords are not there.

My Suggestion is to either add in a wiki/FAQ page where all this info is present at a single collection, even including rules/warnings about marketplaces etc etc. Or atleast send a PM to new joinees with links to to relevant threads to make navigation here a little bit easier.

'User Title' is default xenforo lingo. It's just a decorative badge.
UI/Navigation is default xenforo. The forum is pretty much jump in and post.

If someone wants PC buying advice, and opens that sub-section, it seems intuitive to have a sticky thread with the PC buying template in that section.

yeah agreed, but dont you think its better if all the info is collated in one place? like a FAQ link right at the bottom alongside the Contact us, TOC etc? Title is default lingo but some parts of forums are unlocked as the user progresses through the ranks right? its not really intuitive how to find info like this. I am coming from Private Trackers and other private forums where they have a FAQ/Rules section right in the home screen and its really helpful going through those, you can even add info about stuff like Markeplace rules, scam warnings, different paid classes etc etc. All I'm saying is, for an experienced user, its not really an issue as they can figure stuff on their own but from a new user perspective, stuff like this is not really intuitive at all.
 
I've been observing that my messages are staying in for moderation for too long these days (7~8hrs minimum to more than a day), so I was wondering why. I do know why moderation is needed and I understand if it's 3~5 hrs as mods also has a life, but for 7~8 hrs minimum even when multiple mods are online is a bit....... Anyway, yeah, that's my rant :tearsofjoy:

This was my very first feedback, slightly disappointed that this is still the case.

The first feedback post & I added this to the thread a while after which got moved as a different post.

The Chat/DM on mobile is not very instantaneous. Sometimes, the other person had replied/given more info in a second message, but I would be responding based on the first message and only after I send it, would the second message show up, or sometimes only after refreshing the page.

I haven't really used it on a PC to comment whether it's instantaneous there.

Made me look like a fool a few times.:banghead:
 
I don't know what went wrong yesterday but I kept on getting "page couldn't be loaded." Tried to load it multiple times and then gave up. Finally able to log in now.
Got logged out and then while trying to login I got multiple codes.

Posting this on behalf of a new user I know IRL: he is trying to create a new account but he is not getting the confirmation email. Mods pls help @Crazy_Eddy
I'm not getting emails with 2FA codes when I tried logging in on my phone tonight. Probably the same issue. It might be temporary as this has happened before and fixed itself after some time.
